AfterClock is created and operated by David Vernon under the DVWEBCO name in Texas, United States. References to “AfterClock,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean that operator. Questions can be sent to info@afterclock.app.
Agreement and Apple’s EULA
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using AfterClock or afterclock.app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which is incorporated by reference. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple or applicable law.
AfterClock Free
AfterClock Free supports one workplace and unlimited manual shift and tip records. It includes basic dashboard and calendar views, pay-period and pay-schedule tracking, one basic monthly earnings goal, basic totals and statistics, supported work-status records, and backup, restore, and recovery tools. Free includes no advertisements and does not impose a limit on shift history. Features may require a compatible Apple device and supported operating-system version.
AfterClock Pro
AfterClock Pro includes Free features and adds unlimited workplaces, Shift Timer and Live Activity, templates, tags, prefills, planned-versus-actual tracking, advanced calendars and analytics, comparisons, goals, forecasting, insights, Monthly Review, paycheck tracking and reconciliation, private iCloud synchronization, the native Mac companion, a configurable Home Screen widget, CSV and PDF exports, reminders, and other premium tools identified in the app. Future tools are not guaranteed until released.
Subscription prices and renewal
AfterClock Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The U.S. prices are $3.99 per month and $24.99 per year. Prices, taxes, currencies, trials, and offers can vary by country or region, and the localized price shown by Apple at the time of purchase controls. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price Apple presents under its applicable notice and consent rules.
Managing, canceling, and restoring
You can manage or cancel an AfterClock Pro subscription through your App Store account settings. Deleting AfterClock does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise. The app’s Restore Purchases control can restore an eligible entitlement when you use the same Apple Account. Billing, cancellation, and refund decisions are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Family Sharing and access across devices
Where Apple makes it available and the purchaser enables it, AfterClock Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. Eligibility, family membership, account configuration, purchase sharing, and regional availability are controlled by Apple. One active subscription provides access to supported AfterClock Pro features on iPhone and Mac for the purchasing Apple Account and eligible family members, subject to Apple’s rules and compatible app versions.
Your records and responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information and verifying shifts, hours, wages, tips, sales, tip-outs, paychecks, goals, exports, calculations, and decisions based on them. AfterClock is an organizational and analytical tool. It is not an employer, payroll service, timekeeping authority, bank, accountant, or professional adviser, and it does not guarantee that an employer, tax authority, court, or other third party will accept its records.
No tax, payroll, financial, or legal advice
AfterClock does not provide tax, payroll, accounting, investment, employment, financial, or legal advice. Estimates, forecasts, comparisons, insights, and paycheck differences are informational and depend on the data and assumptions you provide. Consult the appropriate employer or qualified professional before making decisions that require professional advice.
Data, backups, imports, and exports
You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple Account, iCloud configuration, backups, and exported files. Review imported Tiplo or AfterClock data after import. Synchronization, storage, restoration, Family Sharing, and deletion performed through Apple services are also subject to Apple’s terms and system behavior. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use AfterClock and afterclock.app only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, submit malicious or deceptive material, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law permits, infringe another person’s rights, or use AfterClock to violate law or workplace policy.
Ownership and license
The AfterClock name, marks, software, product design, website, copy, graphics, and related materials are owned by AfterClock’s operator or licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the app on supported Apple devices you own or control, including permitted Family Sharing use.
Availability and changes
AfterClock may add, change, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve the product, maintain compatibility, protect security, comply with law, or manage Free and Pro offerings. We do not promise that every feature will be available on every device or operating-system version, or that iCloud, App Store, notification, or other Apple services will always be available. Material changes to a paid subscription will be handled subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using AfterClock at any time. AfterClock may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the app, website, users, rights, or legal compliance. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple. Sections that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law—survive termination.
Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterClock and afterclock.app are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or reliability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterClock and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost income, profits, data, pay, or opportunities arising from the app or website. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for AfterClock during the 12 months before the claim. These limits apply only where permitted by law and are subject to the Standard EULA.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, except where the Standard EULA or applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another law, forum, or remedy.
Changes and contact
